Today is July 22nd and marks the birthday of Nico Yazawa, a high school idol from the popular anime Love Live: School Idol Project ! This post is a quick spotlight on Nico, a character who is not only adored by anime fans, but known around the internet. As a quick overview, Nico is a pretty eccentric character. She is a third-year student in high school which is equivalent to senior level in the United States. This puts her age around 17-18, which means she's one of the older characters in the series. I'd like to take the chance to say, Happy Birthday to one of my favorite Love Live characters; Hanayo. As usual for those who don't know, Hanayo, is a character from the popular idol anime, Love Live . The anime also has a video game version known as Love Live: School Idol Festival ; which features a rhythm game like play style. I recommend checking it out! Hey again guys! Today is officially Nozomi's birthday! This post goes out to her! For those who don't know, Nozomi is a member of the Love Live  idol group μ's, (pronounced muse) and one of the driving forces to the group's formation and success. She was originally the vice president of the student council in the series, and is often looked upon for her advice and "spiritual power." Her name in Japanese can mean hope or beauty depending on the kanji. However, her name uses the kanji that means wish, written as 希. There's a lot going on in regards to anime. We have many new series running and overall I think the season is pretty decent. Although right now I currently have Love Live on my brain. I know people might be thinking, "What? It's just another idol anime!" For some reason though, I'm really drawn to the characters, plot, and overall, everything.  Although I'm watching the anime now, what really got me into Love Live was the mobile game. Hello everyone! Sorry if I haven't been posting as much lately, I haven't been feeling too well. Basically I've been forced to take on a lighter load and get some rest for once! I guess this is just life's way of telling me "slow down!" Anyways, I just started watching Love Live! School Idol Project . I'm a huge fan of the mobile game , so if you are an owner of an Android or IOS device, I recommend checking it out. It's rhythm based, so if you enjoy those types, by all means download it.
